We’re Visa-powered, which means no merchant contracts and no locked catalogues. Your employees can spend anywhere Visa is accepted. The policy rules you set are enforced at the point of purchase. A new country is a configuration, not a product rebuild.

Employee freedom is non-negotiable

Benefits that employees don’t choose aren’t really benefits — they’re a line item. We built Beneflo around the idea that people know what’s good for them. You set the guardrails. They make the call.

Compliance isn’t someone else’s job

We can’t in good conscience ship a product that puts our customers at tax risk. Compliance is infrastructure — it has to be built in from the start, not added as a feature later.

A new country should take days, not quarters

The reason most benefit platforms stop at one or two markets is that their architecture forces them to rebuild the product for each new country. Ours doesn’t. That’s a structural choice, not an accident.
