Two days, hundreds of conversations, and plenty of coffee. That’s our HR Nedēļa Latvija experience at the ATTA Centre in Riga!
By the end of day one, we’d already made three observations:
☕ The best conversations don’t always happen on stage. Sometimes they happen in the coffee queue.
💙 When 900 HR professionals gather in one place, employee benefits are bound to come up in conversation.
👀 And if there was one word we heard more often than “good morning”, it was definitely “wellbeing”.
It was also great to catch up with familiar faces, including our friends at Hermetis! As both a Beneflo client and a conference partner, they were right in the middle of the action.
Day two brought fresh energy (and more comfortable shoes!) as we continued talking with HR teams about a challenge many companies share: why do so many employee benefits go unused, and what can we do about it?
