Sometimes ideas lead to applications, applications lead to interviews, and interviews lead to the Visa Innovation Program Europe – Nordics & Baltics (VIPE). We are delighted to announce that BENEFLO has officially been selected for the inaugural cohort.
This is a truly powerful opportunity for us. The Nordics and Baltics stand as a global powerhouse of fintech innovation—the perfect proving ground for our platform. At our core, we are here to champion a mission of simplicity and choice: providing welcoming tools that give employees genuine freedom of choice over their benefits and financial wellbeing. We achieve this specifically by simplifying global allowances for meals, wellness, and education via Visa cards and our app.
Joining the Visa Innovation Program is a huge step. We’re excited to showcase how Beneflo empowers employers to build stronger companies by magnetizing like‑minded employees through truly flexible benefits. Beneflo makes global employee benefits incredibly cool and equitable by giving every employee the freedom to choose. Together with Visa’s network, expertise and technology, we expect to scale up our solution and move closer to setting the global standard for a flexible benefits flow.
We’ve already hit the ground running
Our team celebrated the official kickoff event at the Nordic Banking Forum in Helsinki alongside the teams from Visa and Tenity.
Over the next six months, the pilot-centered program demands that our focus be sharp and practical.
Our strategic priorities will include:
- Integrating our data-driven approach to enhance B2B money movement and customer experiences
- Executing concrete Proof of Concepts (PoCs) designed to deliver true hyper-personalization in retail and SME banking
- Exploring how Beneflo’s solution can integrate with Visa’s global network to bring more flexible compensation models to market faster
