El <strong>Directiva de la UE sobre transparencia salarial<\/strong> y qu\u00e9 significa realmente para los empleadores.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La conclusi\u00f3n principal: <strong>La igualdad salarial es mucho m\u00e1s que solo el sueldo.<\/strong> Las bonificaciones, los coches de empresa, los d\u00edas libres adicionales, las comidas, las suscripciones a gimnasios y otros beneficios para los empleados contribuyen a la remuneraci\u00f3n total. Y los empleadores deber\u00e1n contabilizar lo que los empleados reciben realmente, no solo lo que figura en los documentos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Aqu\u00ed hay un ejemplo que comparte Juris:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dos empleados que realizan el mismo trabajo ganan 2100 \u20ac al mes. Pero uno de ellos tambi\u00e9n dispone de un coche de empresa para uso personal y nueve d\u00edas libres remunerados adicionales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El mismo salario, pero esos beneficios crean una <strong>Diferencia del 15,5% en la remuneraci\u00f3n anual total en relaci\u00f3n con el salario base.<\/strong>.
